Your Account

One Account Per Person

You may register only ONE account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated winnings and bonuses.

Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current registration information including your real name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. Notify us immediately if any details change.

KYC Verification

We verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You must provide government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within 72 hours may result in account suspension. Documents must be clear, valid, and match your account details exactly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses have wagering requirements (typically 35x-50x bonus amount). You must wager the bonus the specified number of times before withdrawal. Game contributions vary: slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10%.

Maximum Bet Limits

While a bonus is active, maximum bet is $5 AUD per spin/hand. Exceeding this voids the bonus and any winnings. This applies to all games including live casino.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active per account. New bonuses cannot be claimed until current wagering is complete or bonus is canceled. Multiple bonus abuse may result in account closure.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire 30 days after activation unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses and winnings are automatically removed. Free spins must be used within 7 days.

Bet Settlement
